Program Requirements

Participants in the Refer & Reward Program must be at least 18 years of age to open an account independently. Customers under 18 may participate if they are an existing Brantley Bank account holder as the referring customer, or if the new account is opened jointly with a parent, guardian, or other eligible adult as the referred customer. The program is subject to change/cancellation at any time without notice. Brantley Bank reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that, in its sole discretion, we believe were not made in good faith. Successful referrals will result in the referring customer receiving a $50 reward credited to their Brantley Bank checking or savings account. Referral rewards may be subject to IRS reporting. Brantley Bank will provide any required tax forms to eligible customers. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes; please consult your tax advisor. Employees, officers, and directors of Brantley Bank and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this program. The referred customer’s information will only be used for the Refer & Reward program and will not be sold to third parties for marketing and/or solicitation purposes.

Referring Customer Eligibility:

  • Referring customer must be a current Brantley Bank customer with an active checking or savings account. All accounts with Brantley Bank including checking, savings, certificate of deposit, credit cards, and loans must be in good standing with positive balances, no charge-offs, and no past due loans.
  • Referring customer cannot have an ownership interest in the account being referred.
  • Referring customer will agree to waive privacy relating to one’s status as a Brantley Bank customer to referred customer.
  • No information will be provided to referring customers regarding customers who opened accounts and qualified, or regarding referrals that do not qualify.

Referred Customer Eligibility:

  • Referred customer’s new account must remain open for 30 calendar days, cannot be overdrawn during the 30-calendar-day qualification review period, and must be enrolled in eStatements.
  • Referred customer must be a new deposit customer and must open a new Brantley Bank Freedom Checking or Rewards Checking account. An existing deposit account customer does not qualify for the referred incentive but is eligible to participate as a referring customer.
  • Referred customers must be at least 18 years of age to open an account independently. Customers under 18 may open an account jointly with a parent, guardian, or other eligible adult.
  • Referred customer cannot have been a signer on a closed account with Brantley Bank within 3 months prior to the new account being opened. Referred customers cannot have any joint accounts with the referring customer.

Reward Eligibility:

  • If the referring customer has met all eligibility requirements, the referring customer will receive a $50 reward credit to their Brantley Bank account as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) business days after the referred customer’s account is opened.
  • If the referred customer meets all eligibility requirements, the referred customer will receive a $50 reward credit to their Brantley Bank account after 30 calendar days following the referred customer’s account opening.
  • If more than one customer refers the same individual, only the first referral submitted will be eligible for the $50 reward, provided all qualification requirements are met.
